Disclaimer
Everything on CryptoGuide is educational research. None of it is financial advice. Last updated 19 August 2026.
Not advice, not a recommendation
Our articles, scores, grades and signals are research output. They are not personalised investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, and not a prediction of future price. We do not know your circumstances, your tax position, your time horizon or your risk tolerance, and nothing published here is tailored to them. If you need advice, speak to a licensed financial adviser in your jurisdiction.
You can lose everything
Cryptocurrency is highly volatile and speculative. Individual tokens routinely fall 80–90% from their highs, and many go to zero and never recover. Protocols get exploited, exchanges fail, bridges are drained, and tokens are delisted. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose entirely.
What a Crypto Score is — and is not
A Crypto Score is a snapshot judgement across five weighted dimensions, described in full on how we score. It is not a probability, not a price target, and not a guarantee. A high score means the factors we measure looked favourable at the moment we measured them. Those factors change, sometimes within hours.
Data accuracy and staleness
Every figure we publish carries the timestamp at which it was read and the source it came from. Crypto data is 24/7 and revises constantly — prices, TVL, supply figures and on-chain metrics may be materially different by the time you read an article. Some metrics are self-reported by protocols and cannot be independently verified; where that is true we say so. We correct errors when we find them, but we make no warranty that any figure is current or complete.
No positions disclosed as endorsements
Contributors may hold positions in assets we cover. A holding is never a reason to publish a favourable view, and no third party can pay for coverage, a score, or a position in a ranking. See our editorial policy.
Third-party links
We link to data providers, protocol dashboards, block explorers and research. We are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their practices. A link is not an endorsement.
Regulatory status
CryptoGuide is a publisher. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, investment adviser or fund manager, and we are not registered as any of those with any regulator. We do not hold client funds and we never will.
